Sikalastic® HLM 5000 is a high-performance, liquid-applied waterproofing membrane developed by Sika. It is used to protect structures from water by forming a tough, seamless, flexible barrier. Even after curing, the membrane remains flexible, allowing it to accommodate the nominal expansion and contraction of building substrates. It is often used for waterproofing various structural elements, including flat and sloped concealed roof structures, podiums and green roofs, balconies, and more.
