A Condulet LL, LR, LB & T is a type of conduit body used in electrical installations to connect sections of conduit and provide access points for pulling, splicing, or inspecting wires. Condulets typically have a metal enclosure with a removable cover, allowing electricians to easily pull wires around corners or change the direction of conduit runs.
Condulet LL, LR, LB & T
Condulets come in various shapes, each designed to facilitate different conduit routing and wiring access needs:• LB (Back) Condulets are the most common type and shaped like an "L". They have an access cover on the back side and allow a 90-degree bend in conduit runs, providing easy access for pulling or splicing wires. They are often used where conduit passes through walls or surfaces.• LL (Left) Condulets are also L-shaped, but the outlet is on the left side relative to the access cover. They also redirect conduit runs at 90-degree angles to the left.• LR (Right) Condulets are similar to LL condulets, but the outlet is on the right side, redirecting conduits at 90-degree angles to the right.• T-shaped Condulets have three conduit hubs forming a "T" shape, allowing wires to be routed from one conduit into two others or to merge wires from two conduits into one.
